  • Where will the camp be held?

    The retreat will be held at a private Chalet about 2 hours from Toronto. The exact address and directions will be sent out to all participants before the retreat.

  • Transportation to/from the retreat location. (Please let us know if you’ll be needing accommodations - we will make sure you get there)

    Personal spending (if you stop for snacks, etc.)

  • Expect a mix of strength training, mobility and recovery work, outdoor conditioning, and bodyweight sessions. Sessions will be coached and modified to all levels—we got you whether you're advanced or just getting back into training.
