What is Training Grounds?

Unchained Athletics is built for members who want the freedom to train independently, while still having the safety, structure, and support of a coach.

It’s not a class, and it’s not a personal training session. Instead, Training Grounds gives you the best of both worlds:

1. The ability to come in on your own time and complete your workout.

2. Have a coach on the floor to keep an eye on form, answer questions, and make sure you’re training safely and effectively.
