Instead, Training Grounds gives you the best of both worlds: the ability to come in on your own time and complete your workout, with a coach on the floor to keep an eye on form, answer questions, and make sure you’re training safely and effectively.

You will be equipped with a structured program created by a coach, one that’s tailored to your goals, ability, and schedule. You’ll know exactly what to do each session, without the guesswork. And if you need a quick cue, a form correction, or clarification on your program, a coach will be right there, ready to help.
