Eddy believes that human beings were made to move. Unfortunately, in this modern age, we spend countless hours in front of screens, rendering our bodies immobile. Immobility leads to an array of diseases, including diabetes and cardiovascular disease. But we are adaptable and versatile beings. Eddy’s goal is to harness that adaptibility to make to new strides in athletic performance.

As a child Eddy played sports such as cross country, track & field, soccer, baseball, boxing and football. He is now a provincial level boxer, using his skills and experience to improve his own athletes and to prepare them for their own bouts. He studied Exercise Physiology & Lifestyle Management at George Brown College in Toronto, where he received his diploma as well as his CSEP-CPT & CEP designation.

Eddy’s methods apply to everyone. Anyone and everyone looking to better their quality of life. With a background in athletic therapy, exercise physiology, and personal training, Eddy Bucardo’s mantra is: with training, treatment and execution of proper technique, anyone regardless of age, can train like an athlete.

Erika Downey


Growing up Erika spent her free time playing baseball, joining many teams and participating in other sports available in school. Baseball has been Erika's passion since youth but she has always been up to trying new sports and excelling  Time and time again, Erika is reminded of the positive effects exercise has on her own physical and psychological well-being, and has an appreciation for what bodies and minds can achieve.

Erika is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, specializing in postural/muscle imbalance correction, weight lifting, female strength training and sport strength conditioning.  Erika has also participated in courses regarding joint mobility, using the newest and latest mobility training techniques to provide total body balance. Erika has assisted in improving client’s range-of-motion, mobility, and overall core strength to complete compound movements and functional exercises into programing leading to a healthier happier you.

Her drive empowers her clients to achieve results beyond their expectations by continuously challenging and motivating them to be the best that they can be. While mastering the basic and foundation of your own body, Erika strives to execute advanced exercises safely and effectively.

Aaron Wong


Passion for fitness and athletics have been an integral part of Aaron's life.  He enjoys helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Have been working in the sport and health field for three years, helping people achieve and surpass their personal goals. He loves competition, had a chance to play in the Ontario varsity football league and various baseball leagues. He also competed as a mens physique athlete for the OPA.

Allison Baker


With a strong desire to live a healthy and well balanced lifestyle, Alli has found a passion for sharing her knowledge and experience with others. Growing up playing a variety of sports (basketball, volleyball, soccer and track), Alli has experienced both being mentored and being the mentor. She believes that a strong influential coach can have a huge impact on the success an individual has on their growth, regardless of their goals. With a degree in Kinesiology and a diploma in health and fitness promotion, Alli has an extensive background on human anatomy, biomechanics and physiology that allow her to deeply understand the human body and how to promote healthy lifestyle habits to those she coaches. As a vegetarian Alli also has a unique view on nutrition and how to efficiently fuel your body. With programs combining both structured workouts and clean eating patterns, Alli has the ability to work with you to instill healthy habits that in time promotes a long term active and balanced lifestyle, while shaping a happier, healthier you.

Katie White (RMT)


We live in a world where we are more connected through technology and less connected through humanity. We have lost the value of human touch— the deepest one of our five senses that comforted and connected us from birth. Katie strongly believes in human connection and through her unique healing touch she has found her purpose. 

Katie has been athletic her whole life specializing in a background of dance and various sports and fitness avenues. Her lifestyle and passion for fitness, health, and wellness makes her a strong member of the Unchained team. With over 8 years in practice as a RMT, mostly working within Physiotherapy and Sports Injury clinics, Katie has a wide range of experience with athletes including various injuries, post surgery, rehabilitation, and general prevention and maintenance.

Katie believes that prevention is the key to a life of health, vitality, and longevity. Take care of your body now. Treat it like a luxury car. Feed it with high quality fuel (food) and get regular tune-ups (massage).
