Come join us Sunday August 19th for an afternoon of raw athleticism! We will be celebrating summer with our 2nd annual Gridiron Grind. We will be hosting a variety of training circuits on the turf, track and weight room so bring your A game.
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before start time for set up and Introductions. Prepare yourself with sunscreen and active wear sunglasses.
